Daily/Weekly Hair Care Essentials:
A basic hair care regimen should incorporate the following products:
Shampoo: Choose a formula specific to your scalp condition and hair type (e.g., hydrating for dry hair, clarifying for oily scalps) to cleanse without stripping natural oils. Avoid washing your hair daily; typically, 2-3 times a week is enough for most hair types.
Conditioner: Applied to the mid-lengths and ends of wet hair after shampooing, a conditioner helps smooth, hydrate, and protect the hair shaft.
